Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience with supply chain planning management and managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
2 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in driving process improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption.
Experience with business intelligence solutions for data analysis, visualization, wireframes and supply chain planning KPIs.
Knowledge and experience with integrated planning solutions, and with sales and operations planning cycle management.
Ability to create, manage, and lead key performance indicator elements from both an in-process and an output standpoint.

Analyze forecast/demand signals to drive integration and improve visibility/accuracy of data for new turnup planning.
Provide integrated plans and lead cross-functional alignment to keep projects on schedule.
Lead cross-functional program management and proactive analysis ensuring sites are ready to support demand fluctuations, customer needs, and more.

Leverage best practices and various approaches of data visualization and consolidation across systems to improve operational efficiency and supply chain visibility.

Simplify business flows and enable decision making and execution.
