Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with supply chain planning management and managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in driving process improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption.
  • Experience with business intelligence solutions for data analysis, visualization, wireframes and supply chain planning KPIs.
  • Knowledge and experience with integrated planning solutions, and with sales and operations planning cycle management.
  • Ability to create, manage, and lead key performance indicator elements from both an in-process and an output standpoint.

  • Analyze forecast/demand signals to drive integration and improve visibility/accuracy of data for new turnup planning.
  • Provide integrated plans and lead cross-functional alignment to keep projects on schedule.
  • Lead cross-functional program management and proactive analysis ensuring sites are ready to support demand fluctuations, customer needs, and more.
  • Leverage best practices and various approaches of data visualization and consolidation across systems to improve operational efficiency and supply chain visibility.
  • Simplify business flows and enable decision making and execution.
