- Assist in the development and implementation of workforce management strategies and processes to optimize staffing and operational performance.
- Analyze workforce data to forecast staffing needs and provide actionable insights for resource allocation.
- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure service levels are met and maintained across various departments.
- Oversee scheduling and staffing assignments based on real-time data and operational requirements.
- Work collaboratively with department leaders to identify and resolve operational issues that impact workforce efficiency.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the workforce management team to enhance skills and performance.
- Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving employee productivity, job satisfaction, and retention.
- Prepare and present workforce management reports and insights to senior management.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in people management
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in workforce management in the BPO Industry or related roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in building and analyzing models for forecasting and headcount optimization
- Experience in Capacity Planning, Scheduling & Rostering
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with workforce management tools and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-player mentality.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Experience in the gaming or tech industry is a plus.
- Previous experience with workforce forecasting methodologies.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
