We are expanding our team of freelance recruiters who can work independently and deliver quality profiles across technologies and domains.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for domestic service-based clients (Contract & Full-time roles).
Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and priority demands.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other tools.
Screen, evaluate, and validate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews, manage coordination, and ensure smooth communication.
Follow up with candidates to ensure attendance and joining.
Maintain reports on submission and closure status.RequirementsRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment for domestic service-based clients.
Strong in sourcing mid-to-senior level IT roles across multiple technologies.
Exposure to Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and full-time hiring models.
Proficient in job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
Self-motivated with excellent communication and coordination skills.
