Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or a related technical field is essential.
Experience: 2–5 years in quality assurance, quality control, or a manufacturing environment is preferred, though entry-level roles exist.
Core Competencies: Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001 standards, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Minitab), statistical process control (SPC), and, in some industries, Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) or coding (SQL, Python).
Certifications (Preferred): ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
