ENGINEER PRODUCTION FOR FABRICATION PLANT - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

• Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise the erection of main frames, purlins, and cladding, ensuring accurate alignment and tightening.
• Safety Enforcement: Implement strict safety protocols, including scaffolding safety, crane operations, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and IS codes/AISC/MBMA standards.
• Material Coordination: Manage unloading, inventory, and inventory tracking of materials to prevent shortages.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports, material consumption reports, and maintain project documentation.
• Team Leadership: Lead erection teams, sub-contractors, and crane operators to ensure smooth workflow.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Experience: 2 to 8 years in PEB erection, structural steel fabrication, and site supervision.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading structural erection drawings, understanding fabrication methods, and knowledge of safety standards.
• Software Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software is often required for checking drawings.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, troubleshooting abilities, and team management skills.

• Full-time, on-site role.
• Physical presence required at construction sites, involving working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
