This is a full-time, mid-level position. You will lead a dynamic team to achieve sales targets and enhance client relationships. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales pipeline, strategizing sales plans, and representing Housiey in the industry. You will be expected to leverage your expertise in real estate sales to guide and mentor team members effectively.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in residential sales with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong expertise as a Channel Partner to establish and maintain productive relationships with builders and marketers (Mandatory skill).
  • Deep understanding of real estate sales processes and strategies to effectively lead and close deals (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate beneficial agreements and resolve client inquiries effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of real estate market analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.
  • Proven team leadership skills to motivate and drive a team towards achieving challenging sales goals.
  • Strong capability in sales strategy development to innovate and execute effective sales plans.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Engage with leads generated by the marketing team and provide detailed explanations of the project offerings.

  • Facilitate the booking process by guiding clients through all necessary steps to complete transactions.
