Experience Required: Prior experience in sourcing for residential real estate projects in Borivali and Kandivali is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners to drive sales for assigned residential projects.Leverage your existing network in Borivali–Kandivali to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.Identify, onboard, and engage new channel partners through prospecting, partnerships, and strategic collaborations.Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and customized solutions for clients and partners.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Associates to maximize sourcing efficiency and sales conversion.Consistently meet or exceed sales and sourcing targets, with a proven track record of successful deal closures.Negotiate effectively, ensuring clear, persuasive communication during all partner and client interactions.Track and analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sourcing strategies.Candidate Profile:Minimum 5 years of experience in a sourcing role within the residential real estate sector.Strong channel partner network already established in Borivali–Kandivali micro-markets.Excellent networking, communication, and relationship management skills.Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to lead teams effectively
