Key Responsibilities:Sales & Marketingo Responsible for business developmento Handling sales, marketing and business development, customer techno- commercial services activitieso Responsible for sales generation for the Adhesives, Catalyst, Thermosetting Resins(Unsaturated Polyester resin, Vinyl esters), Glass Fiber, Mold Release agent, Core materialso Complete understanding of all the products and services offeredo Respond to sales queries of prospective customerso Follow through with customers for collections and ensure collection targets are met on a timely basiso Provide daily reports to leadershipo Identify new opportunities and pursue them with new (lead generation) and existing customerso Analyze market trends / requirements, and recommend changes to leadership for future opportunitieso Expand the product / service offerings to increase the market shareo Action and own the business plans laid by the leadership to meet defined sales targetsCustomer Relationshipo Address and resolve customer queries and concernso Periodical visits to customers to seek feedbacks, suggestions and future business opportunitieso Communicate new product launch to customers through mailers / sms.
