The role partners closely with Finance, Data, Integration, and Technology stakeholders and acts as a functional representative for Finance and performance consumers within the delivery. It ensures that business requirements for profitability and performance measurement are translated into well-controlled, sustainable PaPM solutions aligned with the target finance and analytics architecture.Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end functional delivery for assigned PaPM workstreams or modules within the ampliFi finance and analytics stack, with clear ownership of outcomes.
- Contribute to and review functional designs and PaPM models to ensure alignment with agreed finance use cases, performance measurement principles, and cost and profitability logic.
- Ensure that PaPM calculations, allocations, and outputs are transparent, explainable, and aligned with Finance expectations and management reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans covering functional scope, milestones, dependencies, and impacts across PaPM data sourcing, calculations, and downstream consumption.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID), with a focus on calculation integrity, data quality, business interpretability, and operational readiness, escalating where required.
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery across Finance, Data, Integration, Testing, and Deployment teams to ensure coherent end-to-end execution and alignment on functional priorities.
- Ensure adherence to agreed delivery standards, finance principles, model design decisions, and change control processes across PaPM scope.
- Support SIT and UAT execution from a functional perspective, including validation of business scenarios, review of calculation results, assessment of defects based on finance impact, and support for business sign-off.
- Assist with production readiness and cutover preparation, focusing on stability of calculations, consistency of results, reconciliation where applicable, and smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.

- Strong experience delivering finance performance management and profitability capabilities within large-scale transformation programs; hands on functional experience in SAP PAPM in banking is required.
- Solid understanding of profitability, performance measurement, and cost allocation concepts, including how data flows from source systems through calculation engines into reporting and analytics.
- Good grasp of delivery governance fundamentals, including planning, dependency management, RAID management, and structured status reporting.
- Experience operating in complex, global delivery environments with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, structured, and finance-relevant insights to support informed decision-making.
