Our purpose is anchored in a single truth - bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future.We are looking forward to hire SAP PP/QM Professionals in the following areas :Role OverviewDefine and lead the manufacturing, quality, and maintenance architecture across Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM). Create a unified template for plan→produce→inspect→maintain ensuring traceability, compliance, and factory efficiency.Key Responsibilities

Architect PP strategy: MRP (classic/MRP Live), demand-driven planning, scheduling, line balancing, confirmations, and backflush.
Design QM processes: incoming/in-process/final inspection, sampling plans, MICs, results recording, usage decisions, CAPA, SPC.
Establish PM framework: maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, work orders, breakdown/ preventive/ predictive maintenance.
Integrate PP-QM-PM with EWM/WM (quality stock, sampling), SD (returns), MM (inspection lot for GR, vendor quality), FI/CO (maintenance costs).
Govern master data: materials/BOMs/routings/recipes, inspection plans, work centers, equipment/functional locations, task lists.
Lead data migration and validation (BOMs, routings, inspection plans, equipment, history loads).
Define MES/L2 integrations (shop-floor systems), IoT/condition monitoring inputs for PM, and digital work instructions.
Own cutover playbooks for production orders, inspection lots, open notifications, and PM schedules; stabilize in Hypercare.
Drive compliance (ISO, IATF, GMP), traceability/serialization, and batch genealogy.
Coach PP/QM/PM consultants; run workshops with Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance leadership.

Required Skills

Deep expertise in PP (discrete/process/repetitive), QM (inspection & quality records), and PM (orders, planning, costs).
Experience with Shop-floor/MES integrations, IoT/Condition monitoring, and SPC/quality analytics.
Strong cross-module integration (MM, SD, EWM, FI/CO) and familiarity with Advanced ATP impacts on production.
Proficiency in WRICEF, interface specs (IDoc/API), and non-functional design (performance, availability).
