  • Address staffing needs and coordinate schedules
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role or back office operations
  • Strong understanding of workflow processes and team dynamics
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
