- Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads
- Own and run discovery calls to understand prospects needs and qualify interest
- Identify potential fits and qualify leads based on marketing service needs and SEO readiness
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategy and messaging
- Stay informed about SEO trends, the digital marketing landscape, and competitive positioning
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or SDR roles, preferably in an agency or marketing services company
- Proven experience in selling SEO or digital marketing services to clients in India and the US
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
- Strong understanding of lead qualification and sales pipelines
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and terminology
- Prior exposure to GenAI, AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.), or content-led growth strategies
