- Identify and target through research and outreach via LinkedIn, Apollo CRM and job boards.
- Present and sell candidate resumes to decision-makers, demonstrating the value and fit for their open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to qualify resume profiles for sales campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our HubSpot CRM system.
- 2-4+ years of sales experience within an IT recruiting agency or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to sell resumes to cold prospects.
- Strong LinkedIn and job board prospecting skills to identify ideal targets.
- English proficiency is a MUST (A minimum of C1 Level English).
- Must have experience with Apollo CRM or other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must have reliable fast internet access.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
