Role Description: Hands on experience in provisioning of laptops Experience with OEM build tools (Dell, Client, Lenovo etc) Hands on experience in creating, maintaining and updating windows images Experience in configuration, management of Autopilot for setting up new windows devices Testing devices (new or old) with drivers, applications and performance management Candidates should be able to troubleshoot non-compliance / non-updating devices. Use powershell to configure scripts for automating tasks as part of windows build provisioning. Experienced in windows device enrolment in Intune. Knowledge in SCCM client installation and troubleshooting. Knowledge in SCCM imaging and autopilot.
