- Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports to provide accurate and timely insights to management.
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business intelligence for decision-making.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure smooth coordination of organizational activities.
- Manage documentation, filing systems, and ensure accessibility of business-critical information.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including ticket booking, hotel reservations, and itineraries.
- Track, verify, and process travel-related expenses and reimbursements in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of travel and expense data.
- Support HR teams in maintaining job descriptions (JD) and Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) documents.
- Assist with HR coordination tasks including employee record management, onboarding formalities, and leave/attendance tracking.
- Partner with HR to ensure smooth execution of employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate with finance, HR, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless information flow and reporting.
- Act as a liaison between management and teams to track project updates and deliverables.
- Support internal audits by providing accurate MIS and administrative data.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, variances, and business improvement opportunities.
- Create presentations, dashboards, and analytical reports for senior management.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience: 3-6 years in MIS, administration, HR coordination, or related roles.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel - advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, PowerPoint presentations, Word documentation).
