- Review system-flagged documents and validate extracted data against source files
- Correct errors in PO numbers, quantities, dates, and product codes
- Resolve product mapping issues by matching items to correct catalog entries
- Handle exceptions by correcting, reprocessing, publishing, or escalating
- Configure identification rules for new document sources (e.g., vendor patterns)
- Create and maintain document templates for structured data extraction
- Monitor template performance and retrain when accuracy drops
- Ensure high accuracy and consistency in processed data
- Manage document queues and meet turnaround timelines
- Identify recurring issues and share insights for process improvement
- Perform basic validation/testing after system updates
- Web-based document processing platform
- ERP systems (such as Odoo or similar)
- PDF-based document review with extracted data overlays
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to interpret business documents (Invoices, POs, etc.)
- Basic understanding of ERP concepts (customers, SKUs, orders)
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Experience with OCR or document processing tools
- Familiarity with data validation workflows
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Exposure to structured document formats or industry-specific documents
- Volume: ~200 documents/week (may vary)
