- Server and infrastructure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Day-to-day IT operations, uptime, and system performance.
- L2 support escalation for L1 IT teams.
- Automation of repetitive IT and system administration tasks.
- Troubleshooting and resolution of server, network, and system issues.
- Contribution to IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
- System documentation, access control, and operational procedures.
- 3–6 years of experience in System Administration or IT Infrastructure roles.
- Strong expertise in Windows and/or Linux server environments.
- Solid understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
- Experience troubleshooting server and network issues in production environments.
- Hands-on scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- Knowledge of security best practices and system compliance.
- Ability to support and guide L1 teams effectively.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Exposure to SaaS/product-based companies.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
- Certifications (Microsoft, RHCSA/RHCE, or equivalent).
- Experience with ITSM tools and automation frameworks.
- ≥99.9% system uptime and availability.
- Resolution of critical issues within defined SLAs.
- Reduction in manual tasks through automation.
- L1 team efficiency and reduced escalation rates.
- Compliance adherence and audit readiness.
- Timely delivery of infrastructure and IT improvement initiatives.
