- Professionally handle high volume incoming inquiries from customers on client products and services
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs and educate customer where applicable regarding products and services listed above
- Help New hires to come to proficiency level through coaching and mentoring as defined by the manager
- Take Escalation calls as and when necessary to ensure customer delight
- Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
- Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
- Maintain a balance between policy and customer benefit in decision making
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers
- Responsible for call disposition or compiling
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma (preferably with at least 6 months call center experience), Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
- Good to Excellent written or oral communication skills
- Outstanding multi-tasking skills
- Experience is a PLUS but NOT REQUIRED. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Applicants must be willing to work on holidays, weekends, graveyard and shifting schedule
