Put your passion, expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader.We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to be part of our FP&A team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Engagement organization, including operational metrics for Support. Reporting to the Deputy Manager, FP&A, you'll be responsible for:
  • Interpreting financial data and operational KPIs to provide actionable insights and recommendations that enhance decision-making for Customer Engagement leadership and Deployment Support
  • Integrating cross-functional inputs to develop accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Innovating financial models to support investment analysis, scenario planning, resource allocation, and long-term strategic planning
  • Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through financial analysis and KPI tracking to drive continuous improvement and optimize team performance
  • Informing senior leadership with comprehensive financial reports and guidance to ensure alignment with broader business strategies and objectives
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • CA/Master's degree in finance, Economics, Strategy, Business or related field with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in HiTech Industry or in SaaS/Technology field
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Adaptive insights, NetSuite, Exactly, Advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language or other comparable visualization tool

  • Previous experience working with Professional Services, Customer Success, or Customer Support teams
