Overall operation experience of 5 / 10 years into Sea (export / import) - added advantage if experience on AIR shipment
Relationship with shipping lines for booking / BL release on priority
Well experienced on OOG cargo / special containers
Complete understanding on import / export process till file closing.
Vendor management
Technical system / process management
Team management
Set up KPI's of team members to ensure that smooth handling of shipments
