Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities for rooftop solar EPC projects (industrial, commercial, residential).- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, site survey coordination, techno-commercial proposal development, and closure.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams.- Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies in coordination with management.- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meets.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2 years of relevant experience in business development/sales within the rooftop solar EPC industry.- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, components, policies, and the rooftop EPC landscape.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong customer focus and relationship management capabilities.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
