About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital ad sales and be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and offering customized digital advertising solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brands.- Sell digital advertising inventory across platforms including Digital TV, video content, websites, social media, mobile apps, and OTT platforms.- Understand client business needs and deliver tailored advertising solutions within their budget.- Identify new business prospects and formulate sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, analytics) to build impactful proposals and campaigns.- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure mutual profitability.- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.- Keep updated with digital marketing trends, platforms, technologies, and competitors.- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
