- Daily interactions with Clients to understand the specs for open roles and TAT in which it needs to be closed in.
- Someone who can be a very strong channel between the Directors of Recruitment and the team of recruiters.
- Allocating open positions to the recruiters in the team with specified timelines and strategies.
- Someone who has done pipelining for technology roles across developer profiles & can-do active pipelining.
- Someone who understands the width of technology hiring & trends including Cloud hiring skills.
- Setting team and individual revenue targets for every Month, Quarter & Year in discussion with the management.
- Ensuring the team does a thorough screening and ensuring that a sufficient number of screened profiles is shared with the clients within the specified timelines.
- Ensuring successful implementation of recruitment strategies for goal achievement
- Identifying gaps in team performance in comparison to set team targets and goals.
- Strategizing plans in partnership with HR to fill in such gaps and maintain consistency in teams performance.
- Ensuring that there are no misses in daily follow-ups.
- Sharing accurate trackers daily with the clients in the appropriate format.
- Maintaining weekly/ monthly/ quarterly scorecards for team members and sharing appropriate feedback with HR and the Directors on a regular basis.
- Creates a positive and inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Set clear team goals & oversee the day-to-day operation.
- Apt in Grievance handling and Conflict Management and acts as a Motivator.
- Have managed a team.
- Hands-on experience in handling Recruitment drives and Volume
