Solutions Architect

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
• Proficient in AWS or Azure (at least one)
• Solid understanding of access management: IAM, IRSA, IMDS, Managed Identities, Entra
• Experience with authentication protocols: OAuth, SSO, OIDC, SAML, SCIM
• Minimum 1–2 years in a customer-facing technical role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred: ex-founders and prior experience in Solutions Engineering roles

• Deploy Portkey on customer-managed Kubernetes environments
• Work with enterprise clients to ensure secure and scalable engineering implementations
• Write deployment scripts, automation, and infrastructure components
• Collaborate with customer teams and internal engineers on integration and onboarding
• Troubleshoot deployment challenges and optimize configurations
• Contribute to engineering documentation and best practices
