- Perform manual QA on rich media ad creatives to ensure functionality across multiple devices, browsers, and environments.
- Validate ad formats for creative integrity, responsiveness, clickthrough behavior, and tracking pixel performance.
- Ensure adherence to specifications and platform guidelines before campaigns go live.
- Log and escalate creative issues with proper documentation using internal QA tools and dashboards.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve ad-serving bugs.
- Run checklists and test cases for standard ad units and custom rich media formats.
- Support rapid QA turnaround for high-priority campaigns while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to optimize rich media QA workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Media, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Ad Operations, or Digital Advertising (freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome).
- Familiarity with ad platforms, HTML5 creatives, Javascript, Charleslog and browser dev tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of ad trafficking, VAST tags, third-party tags, and tracking parameters.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight SLAs.
- High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or creative rendering issues.
