We're looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities : - Find and contact possible customers for financial products (loans, investments, insurance, etc.- Examine the demands of the client and suggest suitable financial solutions.- Give clients a clear explanation of financial services and products.- Reach your business development and sales goals.- Keep abreast of product developments, market trends, and legal requirements.- Create projections and sales reports on a regular basis.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications : Requirement: Graduate.
