- Lead the Salesforce architecture vision, shaping application architecture and aligning it with the platform roadmap.
- Design scalable, sustainable solutions within Salesforce, keeping governor limits, API limits, and large data volumes in mind.
- Leverage deep understanding of Salesforce (Sales and/or Service Cloud) to drive architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with development teams to define solution frameworks and guide implementation.
- Build and demonstrate proof-of-concepts (POCs) to help stakeholders understand proposed solutions.
- Accurately estimate workload based on user stories and contribute to planning.
- Ensure effective collaboration across internal and external teams, improving communication and alignment.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, roadmap, and emerging features.
- Apply SAFe Agile practices and participate in relevant events.
- Regularly review existing implementations and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Communicate clearly across all levels to ensure architectural decisions are understood and actionable.
- Present demos and updates to stakeholders as needed.
- 9+ years of overall Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud implementations.
- Proficiency in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs (SOAP/REST).
- Deep understanding of declarative vs. non-declarative tools and when to use each effectively.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce integration with third-party systems using middleware, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience working in Agile environments, preferably SAFe.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Mural.
- Experience with at least one specialized domain: CTI integration, Omni-channel, Knowledge Management, or Service Cloud.
