Job Description:Role overview:To support market development activities to drive the expansion of the business and sales for Delhi & NCR for Pump, Heat Exchanger and Water & Waste Water Management. This will include understanding customer requirements and provide optimum solution to the customer.Roles & Responsibilities:- Understanding Customer Requirements: Gathering and analyzing customer requirements to design and develop solutions that meet their needs and specifications.- System Integration: Integrating new applications or technologies with existing systems and equipment to ensure seamless operation and compatibility.- Technical Support: Providing technical support to internal teams and customers regarding application usage, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems.- Training and Documentation: Developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and creating documentation to educate end-users on how to use the applications effectively.- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement, optimization, within the manufacturing environment through the use of technology and applications.- Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales team, engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful application implementation and deployment.- Quality Assurance: Conducting testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that applications meet performance, reliability, and security standards.- Stay Updated: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in application development and manufacturing processes to drive innovation and competitiveness.
