Job summary IMOS deals with all stages of the lifecycle for each product from broker matching, management of the client's custodial network, lifecycle events including corporate events, ensuring timely settlement of trades and cash, management of claims and overdrafts, client / regulatory reporting and input into the production of our Investment Book of Record delivery (IBOR). Job responsibilities : Manage Teams within the Global/Regional team and act as the client facing point of escalation. Participate, represent and implement on the continued IMOS global strategy as required. Ownership and/or oversight of the various components of the daily operational activities essential to the construction. Manage responsible for leading a team of individual contributors to execute one or more operational processes within IMOS by setting short-term priorities, directing workflows, and monitoring daily performance against established metrics. Track & escalate issues, service updates, and progress updates for the Client or across internal stakeholders to senior management of the team Maintain robust standard operating policies (SOPs), procedures and guidelines to meet corporate risk and control standards and principles. Ensure SOPs updated to incorporate change in process. Proactive participation in providing subject matter expertise based on in depth understanding of the process to help senior management with efficiency projects aimed at creating efficiencies in the team. Build solidand interactive internal relationships with our global operations partners, client service and other products, including Front Office, Performance & Risk, and Compliance team Oversight and ownership, where necessary, of Reconciliations and transaction lifecycle management. Maintain a team culture of being always Audit Ready by maintaining hygiene of the process for Internal& External Audits. Participate in planning & execution of onboarding of New tasks & funds including UAT testing. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Demonstrated experience in managing teams acrossprocess, risk and control within Investment Operations (preferably, but not necessarily, Middle Office), including managing change. Excellent client facing skills & communication style, comfortable dealing with key clients Extensive understanding of Financial Reporting services/ OTC instruments / Exchange Traded Derivatives / Fixed Income Securities / Equity products and other financial instruments Attested track record of successfully working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload Experience of Investment Operations (Trades, Cash and Reconciliations) Experience of Reconciliations and transaction lifecycle management
