Job Description:As an Asset Servicing - Team Leader within our operations team, you will be managing the entire life cycle for Corporate Actions, Income and Class actions. You will ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures, deliver process improvement initiatives, and maintain high client satisfaction. This role provides an opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills, build effective business relationships, and gain end-to-end knowledge of the process.Job responsibilities:-

Managing the entire life cycle for Corporate Actions, Income and Class actions.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures.
Understand, follow, and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations.
Identify, evaluate, and deliver process improvement initiatives.
Ensure that documentation is maintained up to date.
Monitoring and chasing queries to ensure timely completion based on deadlines/urgency/escalations.
Taking process trainings for new joiners.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:-

Graduate with 3- 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to details.
Strong Client Focus: adhering to response time to client and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Demonstrated leadership skills: collaborate with and lead others by influence, to achieve objectives, with an aptitude for decision making and problem solving.
Assertiveness: willingness and ability to challenge the status quo and express opinions,
Strong interpersonal skills: can build effective business relationships with cross functional/geographical teams and coordinate with teams to action items.
Adaptability - Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization
Control orientated and Risk awareness is essential. Understand Operational Risks to reduce Risk Profile
Gain end to end knowledge of the process & as an SME, assist in the key projects.
Ability to handle all miscellaneous requests related to the process & assist the team with research & investigation as required
Ensure to document procedures and identify requirements for additional controls as required.
Ensure effective transfer of knowledge. Good on MIS & Reporting requirements.
Knowledge of AI tools like Alteryx, Signavio, Tableau etc.
