Are you a strategic and driven business leader with a proven track record in business lending or supply chain finance? We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our business development efforts, targeting medium to large distributors and enterprises - not micro-enterprises.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the outreach for business loans, working capital, and SCF products to FMCG distributors and corporates.- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking.- Customize and pitch financial solutions such as term loans, credit lines, and invoice financing tailored to client needs.- Work closely with internal stakeholders and lending partners to deliver the right financial products.- Prepare and present loan proposals; negotiate terms while adhering to internal compliance.- Maintain and grow strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new - opportunities.- Manage client engagement through the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to contract renewals.Who Should Apply:- 10+ years of experience working with distributors and stockists in the business finance or lending space- A strong network in the FMCG distribution ecosystem- Proven track record in supply chain finance, business loans, or working capital funding- Excellent communication and deal-closing abilities- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and collaborative environmentsPreferred Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field- Deep understanding of business financing and SCF structuresWhy Join Us?We're a growing fintech start-up creating impactful financial solutions for India's enterprise ecosystem.
