Implementing digital marketing strategies to promote products and services. This includes developing and executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating with sales teams. Responsibilities range from managing social media and email campaigns to optimizing website content and analyzing data to improve campaign effectiveness. Roles & responsibility- Implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, website).- Developing engaging content (e.g., website copy, blog posts, social media updates) and optimizing it for search engines and user engagement.- Managing the company's social media presence, creating and curating content, and engaging with followers.- Developing and executing email campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and performance analysis.- Ensuring the company website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing campaign performance, and generating reports for stakeholders.- Working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts, generate leads, and support sales activities. - Staying up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.- Supporting the marketing team in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.- A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to track campaign performance and generate reports.- Ability to write compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, content management systems (CMS), and other relevant digital tools. - Understanding of the aerospace and defense industry, its specific marketing challenges, and target audience.- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently.
