- Lead and guide a team of Development engineers and Supplier Technical Assistance Engineers to achieve project goals.
- Manage development, quality, and delivery timelines for BIW & structural assemblies, including TSO, QS, VOB, TKO, MRD, and skin panels.
- Collaborate with other commodity leads, COE/ DVP(testing)/ SSU/ Quality/ SCM for new product development, capacity expansion and IMCR activity.
- Report progress, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
- Ensure lessons learned are incorporated into new product development and establish packaging agreements and supply chain conditions.
