- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other workplace issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through employee development, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Design, implement, and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance.
- Maintain compensation and benefits programs.
- Assess training needs, implement learning programs, and track effectiveness.
- Generate HR reports and provide data-driven insights for management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
- Assist with documentation, policy formulation, and policy revisions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in any field with a Master's in HR.
- 2-4 years of HR experience.
- Experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, induction & orientation, background verification (BGV), insurance, and other HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and presentations.
