JOB ROLE:He/she will be responsible for maintaining a stable and safe working environment by establishing and directing policies and practices covering physical security, internal security, loss prevention, risk management and emergency preparedness as required to protect company interests, its employees and assets.Job description :
  • Ensure physical security and safety of employees, facilities and assets.
  • Proactive intelligence and information gathering, evaluation and dissemination on need to know basis
  • Facilitate employee and material movement during adverse situations – Bundhs, Blockages, elections and problems created by political parties.
  • Responsible for initiation of Emergency Protection Plan in case of a major, fire, explosion, gas leakage and natural calamities involving casualties
  • Investigate losses, cases of serious security violations, conflict of interests, personnel security checks/screening
  • Co-ordinate continuous liaison and interaction with government (local administration), sister companies, pressure groups, union and other organizations to carry out the assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  • Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting : Round the clock readiness of first aid fire fighting equipment deployed all over the works including sister companies – Telcon, HVTL, HVAL and TTIL & timely reaction and deficient fire fighting in order to minimize losses.
Other requirements:
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to operate in Windows office.
