- Program Execution:
- Govern program plan for the end-to-end delivery of the workforce transformation program, encompassing Internal Function (Technology, HR, TA, facilities, Physical Security, Facilities, Compliance) and Vendor Organization
- Maintain comprehensive program roadmap, detailed project plans with clear dependencies, and robust risk mitigation strategies
- Proactively identify, track, and resolve complex dependencies and systemic impediments across Internal Function teams and Vendor Organization
- Oversee vendor program management resources, including those operating under Build-Operate-Transfer models, ensuring alignment with program objectives and deliverables
- Establish and maintain a rigorous program governance framework, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
- Co-create and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure successful adoption of the transformation program across the organization
- Matrixed Team Collaboration & Communication:
- Facilitate seamless collaboration and communication across a highly matrixed, global team, including Internal onsite and offshore resources and Vendor Organization
- Drive alignment and consensus among vertical track stakeholders, including functional heads, and external vendor
- Develop and deliver clear, concise, and timely program status updates to all stakeholders, including executive-level reports
- Identify and address communication gaps, proactively manage issues, and provide support to teams navigating conflicting priorities
- Planning & Delivery:
- Lead the planning and execution of program phases, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines
- Partner with functional leaders to define and prioritize program deliverables, ensuring a focus on delivering measurable business value
- Oversee the development and tracking of transition plans
- Coordinate with HR and TA teams to ensure smooth transition of workforce, and that the new workforce model is being implemented correctly
- Coordinate with facilities and physical security teams to ensure the physical infrastructure is ready for the changing workforce
- Workforce Management
- Manage workforce plans with functions
- Manage transitions to consolidate vendor staff
- Manage transfers to BOT
- Financial & Compliance Oversight:
- Manage program budgets and financial resources, ensuring adherence to financial governance and reporting requirements
- Ensure that all financial and compliance requirements are being met by the vendors involved in the BOT model
- Mentoring and Best Practices:
- Provide expert advice, coaching, and mentorship to project managers and team members.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in program management, change management, and vendor management
- 12+ years of progressive experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex transformation programs
- Extensive experience managing programs involving technology, HR, talent acquisition, facilities, physical security, compliance, and financial governance
- Demonstrated expertise in managing vendor relationships, including Build-Operate-Transfer
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, global teams in a matrixed environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management environments
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence
- PMP, Agile, SAFe, or other relevant certifications are highly preferred
- Experience with onsite and offshore teams
- Experience with large scale work force transformation
