In this role you will be reporting to Engineering Manager and will be responsible for pre-commissioning protocols, commissioning protocols, commissioning check lists, safety checklists, load trial data, critical commissioning data, commissioning documents like no-load trial graphs, load trial graphs, parameter backup, software backup to be maintained precisely.Your responsibilities

Preparing of commissioning progress status report on weekly basis along with working timesheet details
Working towards generating sales opportunities while working at customer site
Prepare and maintain pending job list & expedite project closure
Updating reusable solutions, work-around and problems handled into database
Following safety norms, ensuring safe working environment
Traveling to site for long as well short-term projects, service calls, shutdown and breakdown calls

Your background

Bachelor’s degree or diploma from a reputed university with first class in electrical / electrical and electronics engineering
5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in drives solutions by similar suppliers
Experience of commissioning/ trouble shooting / servicing drive systems preferably in metal industry and industrial cranes
Knowledge of AC / DC drives (converters / inverters) and motors
Knowledge of IT / Network / Peripherals like UPS, Printer, PC’s, Server components of DCS
Knowledge in application programming and HMI development/ modifications for PLC/ DCS systems
