- Lead the quality of an assigned project and its features through automation.
- Coordinate the execution of automated tests with a projects testing cadence.
- Requirement and test analysis, and documentation.
- Functional testing verification.
- Contribute to test design and test case review- including API and backend testing; data analytics testing, and UI and UX analysis and testing.
- Communicate testing status and results to Product, Engineering, PMO and QA teammates.
- Expanding test automation coverage of assigned projects.
- Contribute to optimizing and prioritizing manual and automated testcases to increase testing velocity.
- Contribute to Global QA orgs continuous improvement and project teams quality process.
- Advocate for and implement automation best practices & processes.
- Investigate and implement creative solutions for test cases that are challenging to automate.
- Prioritize and assign QA tasks to junior QA and contractors.
- Coordinate end-to-end testing with internal UA orgs and external teams.
- Provide clear, actionable status reporting.
- Maintain the feedback loop between UA, UA India and vendor teams
- Strong understanding of web application testing concepts including HTTP, REST, cookies, session handling, etc.
- Experience validating integrations with payment gateways, shipping providers, analytics tools, and PIMs.
- Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience OR typically 9 years of relevant work experience without a degree
- Ecommerce on Web and Native Mobile experience.
- Experience with web, mobile and API test automation.
- Experience analyzing and testing UI and UX requirements.
- Postman, GraphQL, Proxy tools, JIRA/ Confluence, Git, and Xcode experience.
- Experience with TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution, and viewing device logs via Xcode Console.
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog to monitor errors in production.
- Experience with Test result analysis and investigation of failures, including automation runs.
- Experience with change impact analysis.
- Experience with risk-based test analysis.
- Strong understanding of QA concepts, methodologies and automation principles.
