Drive primary and secondary sales targets across assigned territory
Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and channel partners
Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets
Execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and schemes
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights
Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit norms
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates
Lead, train, and guide field sales teams (for managerial roles)
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
Proven experience in FMCG sales (GT / MT / E-commerce - as applicable)
Strong understanding of distributor management and retail execution
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geography
