- This position is an integral part of our sales engine. SDRs are focused on the front end of the sales cycle and be the face of Mettl.
- SDRs will act as a product consultant having a consultative sales approach.
- Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
- Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.
- Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle.
- Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email.
- Develop new sales strategies based on personal successes and failures
- Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a Sales team
- Set appointments for Enterprise sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage.
- Contributing to the creation and optimization of sales scripts, email campaigns, and various prospect messaging.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
- Ensuring smooth flow of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application.
- 2+ years of successful experience as an SDR/BDE/Customer Service.
- Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a product selling points via phone and email
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
- Experience in B2B Domain or experience in selling SAAS Products.
- Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by Mercer Mettl.
- Experience in using HubSpot & ZOHO or any other CRM or Marketing Tool.
