Visit and follow us on , and .Role SummaryDruva is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter candidate who is passionate about understanding customer needs and building cutting edge data security products. This role is in the overall product management organization and will be focused on Druva's portfolio of data governance and cyber-resilience products. These products have product-market fit and are experience very rapid growth with IT, Security Operations teams. At Druva Product Manager's function as general managers are responsible for both inbound product planning/execution and outbound go-to-market activities including sales enablement, pricing&packaging and customer/field engagements. . Product managers at Druva have an opportunity to build differentiated data protection products for demanding enterprise customers and have a large impact on the business for a pre-IPO startup in hypergrowth mode.Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs, perform detailed technical, market research & design product use cases to drive product features.
  • Work with the UX team to develop delightful user experiences for identified product use
  • Work with the documentation team to thoroughly document product capabilities and features and deliver as self-service product documentation for
  • Closely work with and guide engineering teams in fast-paced sprints to build and deliver key product features experiences for our data security products
  • Work with support, customer success to understand and drive areas of improvement needed in the product
  • Work with the product managers, marketing team to build key product marketing collateral and deliver field sales team
  • Sales, Customer interaction for product demos, roadmap presentations, product feedback and escalations
  • Analyze product telemetry to develop insights for product roadmap and drive product adoption
  • Analyze business metrics to develop insights for product go-to-market activities and execute on them in collaboration with product marketing, sales
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Total Experience of 12+ years with a minimum of 2+ years' experience in security domain product management
  • Strong product sense and experience writing detailed product requirements
  • Domain experience in security (Threat Detection, Malware Analysis, Compliance, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, SIEM/SOAR, DLP)
  • Familiarity with backup domain is a plus
  • Minimum of 4+ years' technical experience (Technical support, Professional implementation services, Engineering - QA/Development)
  • Worked in an Agile environment (SCRUM/Kanban).
  • Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
  • Driving and implementing a solution set across development teams, working closely with Engineering teams to deliver products and with customers to ensure goals are defined
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present and analyze technical information and the ability to present and analyze technical information and strategies.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, MBA would be a plus
