We are seeking a versatile Hybrid IT Administrator to manage our multi-entity technical environment. In this role, you will be the backbone of our technology operations, responsible for maintaining virtual machines (VMs) on our physical on-site servers, managing our Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, and providing general IT support for our local office staff.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is as comfortable configuring a virtual network as they are setting up a physical workstation. Your goal is to build and maintain updated, efficient, and secure systems that optimize business sustainability across all entities.ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & Virtualization:Deploy, configure, and maintain virtual machines (VMs) on physical on-site servers (Hyper-V/VMware).Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), cloud storage, and virtual networking.Develop and maintain local and virtual networks to optimize performance and ensure seamless connectivity across multiple entities.Hardware & Workstation Management:Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.).Perform routine checks on hardware (HDD/SSD, peripherals) to ensure peak functionality.Identify equipment shortages and manage the procurement/ordering process.Security & Maintenance:Ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems through robust firewalls, backups, and data privacy principles.Organize and schedule upgrades and patches without deterring staff from completing their work.Maintain detailed records/logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.Support & Training:Provide troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues (repair/replace parts, debugging, etc.).Act as the primary point of contact for local office staff regarding IT support.Provide orientation and "training" to users on new software, hardware, and cybersecurity best practices.RequirementsExperience: Proven experience as an IT Administrator, IT Technician, or similar role in a hybrid environment.Technical Proficiency: * In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems, local networks, and operating systems.Hands-on experience with virtualization software and Microsoft Azure administration.Strong knowledge of internet security, encryption, and data privacy protocols.Soft Skills:Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.Excellent communication ability—you must be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and patiently.Education & Certification:Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA A+.Question 1NVIDIA DGX Spark what could you potentially assist our company with.Question 2Are you proficient in the OS that DGX uses?
