Provide onsite support for laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV’s, Dell Servers, Cisco devices, firewalls, access systems & other IT HW’s.
Ensure timely incident resolution in coordination with Service Desk/Tech Table per India field-services workflow.
Oversee IT asset management including deployment, upkeep, stock control, health checks, and physical audits.
Manage vendor coordination for hardware repairs, cabling, AMC, and infrastructure activities.
Maintain IT/server rooms including backups, equipment checks, and compliance with safety/security norms.
Ensure continuous availability and performance of LAN/WAN (wired & wireless). Manage SD-WAN, firewall, Active Directory, O365, and Veeam backups.
Work with AWS/Azure vendors for cloud infrastructure provisioning.
Execute hardware/software/network upgrades, relocations, and installations efficiently.
Troubleshoot systems, networks, and applications with support from COE teams and vendors.Experience & Education:B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc in IT or equivalent.
7–8 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of Windows, LAN, SUSE/Dell servers, telecom systems, Office 365, system/network security, SD-WAN, VMware/V-Centre.
Experience in SAP DR (desirable).
Skilled in vendor management and relationship handling.
Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud infra, Cisco switches/routers, Fortinet firewalls, Active Directory, Aruba controllers/Access Points.Functional Requirements:Relationship Management with Users
