Brief Summary: Drive eCommerce growth for key accounts by developing and executing strategic account plans focused on sales targets and market expansion.Detailed Description :Negotiation & Partnerships : Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with top platforms and partners (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart) to optimize business outcomes.Sales & Performance Optimization : Develop eCommerce sales strategies, forecast demand, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met across multiple channels.Supply Chain & Distribution Management : Own and optimize the supply chain, ensuring seamless product distribution, inventory management, and stock replenishment for key accounts.Product Assortment & Listings : Oversee product assortment and the timely launch of new products, ensuring listings are accurate and optimizedData-Driven Insights : Leverage sales and market data to identify trends, adjust pricing strategies, and improve product performance across eCommerce platforms.Educational Qualification / Additional skills / Certification :- MBA preferred, Bachelors degree in marketing, business.- Strong understanding of online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other quick-commerce channels (e.g., Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, etc.).- Proficient in data analysis and utilizing insights to implement business strategies and decision making.- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, with strong communication and relationship building skills.- In-depth understanding of product listing, content optimization, and stock management in an eCommerce environment.- A results-driven mindset with the ability to develop and implement actionable sales strategies to achieve growth targets.- Excellent communication and presentation skillsExperience :- 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.
