- You'll be the in-house expert across LinkedIn Ads and ABM-focused display campaigns, applying audience segmentation, precision targeting, and creative testing to maximize lead quality and pipeline contribution. This role is deeply technical, working directly in-platform and integrating campaign execution with Salesforce, marketing automation, and analytics tools for full-funnel visibility.
- You are a platform expert:
- Full ownership of LinkedIn Ads campaigns: plan, launch, optimize, and scale global paid social programs targeting key accounts and personas.
- Architect and manage 6sense display/ABM campaigns end-to-end, from audience definition and orchestration to creative deployment and optimization.
- Work with programmatic vendors in connection with 6sense audiences to serve ads on premium inventory, delivering a first-class brand experience.
- Plan and test emerging B2B advertising channels up to and not limited to Reddit, Meta, Gartner Digital Markets PPC etc.
- Implement advanced audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and bid optimizations to maximize ROI.
- You're data-driven and love testing
- Drive continuous A/B and multivariate testing on creative, audience segments, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Use platform analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation data to connect campaigns directly to pipeline and ARR impact.
- Apply Excel for detailed performance analysis, cohort tracking, audience lift analysis, and budget modeling.
- Identify, test, and roll out new features and beta programs across LinkedIn, 6sense, and programmatic platforms.
- You're an attribution and integration pro
- Manage analytics integration and event tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, and native platform tracking.
- Partner with operations to build actionable dashboards, funnel reports, and attribution models in Salesforce, Looker, or Power BI.
- Manage UTM creation
- You can manage scale and complexity
- Experience managing $1M+ annual spend across paid social and display/ABM channels.
- Develop and deliver clear, detailed weekly performance readout decks for the demand generation team and leadership.
- Coordinate with Campaigns team to align on strategy and share best practices.
- Collaborate with paid search to align keyword, audience, and messaging strategies across channels.
- 3-5 years of experience managing LinkedIn and 6sense ad campaigns at a B2B organization or agency with B2B experience
- Experience with 6sense and LinkedIn required
- Proven track record of driving engagement, generating leads, and driving business expansion through paid social, programmatic, and predictive analytics platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis including v-lookup for account lift reporting and cohort analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work cross-functionally and present insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple campaign stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
