Experience with FRP, SMC, or construction-related products is preferred.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Executiono Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote FRPPultrusion and SMC product lines.o Identify market opportunities in government tenders, EPC contractors, builders,architects, and distributors. Branding & Communicationo Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, brochures, datasheets, casestudies, videos, and product presentations.o Strengthen brand visibility through trade shows, exhibitions, digital marketing,and PR initiatives. Market Research & Insightso Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to provideactionable insights to sales and leadership teams.o Monitor pricing trends, and suggest product positioning accordingly. Channel & Tender Marketingo Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and PSU/CPWD/PWDtendering authorities for product approvals.o Support tender participation by coordinating documentation and marketinginputs. Digital & Social Media Marketingo Lead B2B digital marketing efforts via LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, andcompany website.o Supervise content strategy, campaign execution, and lead generation programs. Team Leadership & Coordinationo Mentor and guide junior marketing executives and interns. o Work closely with Sales, Design, and Production teams to align marketing goalswith business objectives
