Job Purpose:
To assist in strategic planning, execution, and leadership of the Sales & Marketing function
for BOPP products. This role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and
ensuring strong customer relationships while aligning
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies for BOPP products.
Identify new markets, applications, and growth opportunities in domestic and
international markets.
Support in pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.
Drive sales targets and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability goals.
Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
Oversee contract negotiations, order closures, and receivables management.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns, trade shows, and digital
marketing initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency and effective communication of Vacmet value proposition.
Conduct market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs.
Provide data-driven insights for decision-making and strategy refinement.
Lead and mentor regional sales managers and marketing executives.
Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achievement of sales revenue and profitability targets.
Growth in market share for BOPP products.
Customer acquisition and retention rates.
Effectiveness of marketing campaigns and brand visibility. Timely execution of strategic initiatives.
Team performance and development.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent.
15–20 years in Sales & Marketing, with at least 5 years in flexible packaging/BOPP films.
Strong knowledge of packaging industry dynamics, export markets, and sustainability
trends.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analytics.
