Develop Project Charter for Simple to complex Projects Develop Project specific Project Quality Plan covering PMP Knowledge areas Kick start, Track, Monitor Control Project work Develop Project Management Plan using MS Projects or any other Project Management tool Document and manage the change (especially assessing a scope change impacting cost Time) Define, Validate and Control Project scope Once the Project Process flow is understood, Create Work Break Down structure (WBS) and track for the on-time completion of each stake holders task through Daily management system Estimate the task duration and develop and control the Project schedule Track and control the project cost, proactive reporting of cost changes during execution Plan, Manage and control the project resources according to the schedule and cost Provide clear communication of the overall scope, timing, cost, resource, and project analysis Communicate to Project key stake holders about the project progress Weekly, Biweekly and Monthly Assess the Project Risk, Implement the Risk mitigation plan and monitor the overall project risk throughout the project Liaise with Procurement management Team and strategize the on-time availability of bought outs items required for manufacturing the Bioprocess equipment Strategically position the stake holders and keep them engaged throughout the project. Ensure the Predecessor successors relationship is seamlessly managed throughout the project Close the project formally through a formal closure meeting and circulate the project lessons learnt and ensuring the lessons are implemented in the next project Maintain overall Project specific documentation repository as per department SOP Learn and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives (OpEx) Must Travel Client Location (Local and International Travel) for Project Discussions Job Requirements Bachelors / masters degree in biotechnology or Life Science or Equivalent or Biochemical Engineering with excellence in Biotechnology 4-6 years of experience in Managing simple to complex Life Science Portfolio Projects using PMP Knowledge areas
