We are urgently looking for a Project Manager to anchor one of our most critical, confidential government deployments.This is a full-time, on-ground role based in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have experience managing government tech programs (preferably in AI or digital infrastructure), is a strong self-starter, excellent with people, and ideally brings a background in the armed forces or other high-discipline environments.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Sarvam AI's on-ground representative for a critical government AI initiative in DelhiOversee day-to-day execution including coordination, compliance, and milestone trackingBuild and manage trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders and technical counterpartsNavigate public sector workflows to ensure timely execution across all deployment phasesFacilitate infrastructure readiness and alignment with data security and regulatory protocolsBridge communication between internal technical teams and external agency stakeholdersProvide regular reporting, risk assessments, and operational updates to leadershipContribute to field-level insights that inform strategic GTM and expansion decisionsRequired Qualifications6-12 years of experience managing large-scale government programs, public technology deployments, or secure operationsStrong program management background with exposure to high-regulation environmentsExcellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and execution skillsComfortable with technical systems - prior exposure to IT, data, or AI projects is a plusBased in or able to relocate to Delhi for full-time, on-premise coordinationProven ability to operate independently in sensitive, outcome-driven contextsPreferred AttributesBackground in disciplined services (e.g., armed forces, paramilitary, or civil services)Experience working with ministries, public sector units, or national digital infrastructure missionsFamiliarity with sovereign data systems, GenAI deployments, or high-trust public digital projectsAbility to work across formal institutional processes while enabling agile program deliver
