- Operation of equipment like reactors (SS, GL), nutsche filters, centrifuge, RCVD, microniser & sifterExecution of batches as per the batch manufacturing record.
- Identify and propose the process improvement, yield improvement and simplification ideas at the shop floorHandling of in-process, intermediate and finished goods material as per the SOPCleaning and operation of clean rooms as per the SOP Monitoring the process efficiencies.
- Data entry in Quality records.
- Overall coordination with other departments related to production activities.
- To perform equipment cleaning, In-process product sampling, inspection and storage.Achieving the production targets.Production, raw material planning with senior members of production and procurement of the raw materials from the Stores through the Material Requisition Slip.
- Achieving the production targets.
- Maintenance of Production equipment in coordination with Engineering and maintenance Department.
- Adherence to Good manufacturing practices.
- Imparting training to the below hierarchy level on SOP's, EOP's, IOP's, and Process related aspects to maintain quality and consistency in Production.
